Small-to-Mid Scale Solar Project Development Manager (Junior / Senior)

We are partnering with a leading renewable energy platform to appoint a Project Development PM focused on small- to mid-scale solar projects (<3MW).

This role offers end-to-end ownership across development, investment structuring, and execution positioning you at the forefront of distributed solar growth in Korea.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, acquisition, and investment structuring of small-to-mid scale solar PV projects (typically <3MW)
• Conduct feasibility assessments covering land, design, permitting, grid connection, capex, and project economics
• Prepare and present investment cases for internal approval process
• Review and negotiate key project agreements including land lease, service contracts, asset acquisition, EPC, and O&M
• Take ownership as PM for projects post-investment decision, overseeing execution and delivery
• Source new opportunities through active market intelligence and network development

• Relevant experience or strong understanding of renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or real estate sectors
• Familiarity with project development lifecycle, including permitting and stakeholder coordination
• Commercial awareness with the ability to assess project feasibility and risks
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
• Hands-on experience in small-to-mid scale solar project development and collaboration with local developers
• Track record in project development within energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors
• Understanding of Korea’s power market, grid infrastructure, and renewable energy policies
• Well-rounded skillset across technical, financial, legal, and stakeholder management aspects of project development
• Established network within Korea’s solar and power ecosystem
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
