Department Description and Responsibilities
As QHSE Officer, you will be part of the team that is on site on one of our offshore projects worldwide, responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices on site, as well as
inspecting all activities and equipment to ensure proper operation and implementation of associated procedures.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide support to the project team for all QHSE-related matters.
- Ensure that personnel use the latest versions of PQMP, PHSEMP, ITP, MST, RA, etc.
- Project QHSE reporting, KPI and communications with Project management and the vessel.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of QHSE reports, statistics, and provide analysis and reports as required.
- Oversee occupational health and hygiene issues, including health surveillance programs and monitoring of the working environment.
- Assist with emergency drills and training exercises, evaluating preparedness and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participating in meetings and toolboxes onboard and on site.
- Investigation of incidents & Non-Conformities.
- Engage the supervisors and workforce to actively participate in HSE matters and campaigns.
- Carry out HSE inspections onboard/onsite and ensure proper reporting, communication and follow-up of the findings.
- Management Observation Cards on board and on site.

Technical profile requirements  
- 5 years’ experience as HSE in high-risk industries.
- Good knowledge & experience with MS Office.
- Experience with Lifting Operations is a plus.
- Fit for Offshore work.

Job-specific certification requirements
- NEBOSH IDIP/Certificate or similar (through experience).
Offshore-specific certification requirements
- GWO Basic Safety (or BOSIET with additional GWO Modules).
- GWO Enhanced First Aid & Advanced Rescue Training is a plus.
- Offshore Medical
- Helicopter Underwater Escape Techniques (HUET) + CA-EBS.
- Chester Step Test (or similar).

VISA requirements
- US B1 OCS WIND VISA.

Language proficiencies  
- Fluent proficiency in English is required (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
