We are actively recruiting for 2 Crewing Coordinators (Cables) to work onshore in France from the 13th April for 7 months.
As a Crewing Coordinator – Cables, you will play a key role in supporting our offshore cable project teams. You ensure that all crew members meet client-specific certification requirements, manage logistical arrangements, and provide essential administrative support. You also coordinate local arrangements in France for personnel working on international cable projects.

As a Crewing Coordinator – Cables, you will play a key role in supporting our offshore cable project teams. You ensure that all crew members meet client-specific certification requirements, manage logistical arrangements, and provide essential administrative support. You also coordinate local arrangements in France for personnel working on international cable projects.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Certification & Compliance
- Update and maintain all personnel certificates in line with client and project requirements.
- Ensure timely renewals of mandatory offshore and technical certificates.
- Maintain accurate and complete crew compliance records.
Travel & Logistics
- Organise travel arrangements for project personnel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements align with project schedules.
Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the project team.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal communication related to crew management.
- Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
French Local Arrangements
- Coordinate French local logistics (accommodation, transportation, local registrations, etc.) for project staff.
- Liaise with local French partners, suppliers, and authorities when necessary.
Profile Requirements
- Relevant experience in crewing coordination, logistics, or personnel administration (preferably within offshore or technical project environments).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Language proficiencies
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). French language skills are a strong advantage.
