Senior Analyst / Associate – Clean Energy Infrastructure
Our client is a highly regarded investment firm specializing in clean energy and infrastructure transactions across Europe and North America. The team combines deep sector expertise with a strong track record in advising on and executing complex strategic mandates in renewable energy, decarbonization technologies, and sustainable infrastructure.
Role Overview
They are seeking a high-quality Analyst or Associate with direct investment banking experience in the clean energy and infrastructure sector. This is a hands-on role involving financial analysis, transaction execution, and strategic advisory support. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and contribute meaningfully to all stages of the deal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build detailed financial models to support valuations, transaction structuring, and investment theses
- Conduct commercial, technical, and market due diligence in clean energy and related infrastructure verticals
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors throughout the execution cycle
- Support origination and sector research initiatives
- Interact with clients and stakeholders in both Dutch and English, where applicable
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5+ years of investment banking, M&A, or corporate finance experience, ideally focused on clean energy or infrastructure
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Dutch (Would be incredibly advantageous.)
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment
