Quality & Handover Manager – O&M
 
Location: Warsaw/Home Working
 
Ensure all completion records for Assets (NCRs, Certificates, As Built Documentation) is available from Construction and Transferred into Operation Ensure the inspection plans are followed, implement overall QA / QM during operations.
 
Responsibilities

• O&M Quality Management
• Handover Management
• Coordinates all fabrication and quality documents for all packages as defined in the respective hand-over strategy
• Support quality inspectors in the Project with deliverables
• Coordinate the as built documentation within the packages
• Implementation of QM for Operations

 
Major Tasks
 
Tasks during Construction / Pre-Handover:

• Follow-up on as-built documentation status (submitted, not submitted) within each package and tracking it in a Master Document Register, under alignment with Document Control team on delivered documents and DMS
• Ensuring delivered documents are in accordance with the Employer Requirements for Reference Designation System for Power Plants (RDSPP)
• Coordination of O&M Participation in Factory Acceptance Tests / Harbour Acceptance Tests / Site Acceptance Tests
• Setting up Handover requirements, documenting and aligning the handover process across workstreams
• Ensuring transfer of all information from Lautec (Findings, History of Open points, Inspection Reports) into a centralised system
• Explain in detail to site inspectors the requirements for asset hand-over acc. to Contract

 
Post Handover tasks during Operations:

• Audits of suppliers (vessel, WTG, BoP, etc.) during Operations
• Review and confirm Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP) for any unscheduled maintenance, campaigns (repair, refurbishment, exchange, etc.) Implementation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Record Non-Conformities and establish preventive actions based on failure analysis during Operations

 
Key Deliverables

• Establish O&M Quality Management Manual and related quality documentation
• Participation in FATs & SATs
• Overview of Nonconformity reports and handover close out reports
• Knowledge sharing

 
Qualifications

• BSc, MSc or other relevant degree.
• 3-5 years experience in Quality Management in a large infrastructure project
• 1-3 years experience working with O&M in offshore wind projects
