AJay entered the Renewables Industry in 2018 and has become a vital member of the Delivery Team since joining LSP in 2019. Her knowledge, experience and network have led her to become a well-respected Consultant amongst the site-based personnel within wind energy.

AJay was promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant where she worked closely with Account Managers to deliver the best-in-class talent to our client base.  After a successful year, AJay has recently been promoted to Account Manager.
