Training Department & Quality Control Lead

Job Scope     

  • Ensure compliance and fulfilment of the training plan.
  • Prepare APAC Training courses and SQA schedule before November for next year and adapt it when required to meet training needs and SQA targets country by country.
  • Work closely with the Head of Service Operation and Field Area Managers to align the service excellence team around the strategic regional/local objectives, ensuring that all of the teams’ efforts are delivering consistently against these objectives in a tangible, efficient and effective manner, while balancing short-term results with long-term sustainability.
  • Responsible for the yearly budget for the department, compare actual vs. budget and propose remediation plan if needed.
  • Based on project needs, allocating trainers provide the training in APAC countries.

Responsibility

  • Manage Service excellence department, and derivate objectives for the department out of region objectives , set and communicate these objectives, aligned with GS and superior.
  • Responsible for the yearly budget for the department, compare actual vs. budget and propose remediation plan if needed.
  • Work closely with the Head of Service Operation and Field Area Managers to align the service excellence team around the strategic regional/local objectives, ensuring that all of the teams’ efforts are delivering consistently against these objectives in a tangible, efficient and effective manner, while balancing short-term results with long-term sustainability.
  • Prepare APAC Training courses and SQA schedule before Nov. for next year and adapt it when required to meet training needs and SQA targets country by country.
  • Communicate and align the needs with ISP management and After sales to fulfill training for Clients and ISP.
  • Comply with legal regulations, Global service Standard & processes, ethics and policies regarding general duties and management.
  • Ensure compliance and fulfilment of the training plan.
  • Enhance the appliance of new training concepts according to our client's Standards and APAC requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with Global Service (GTT and SQA) and align the strategy with local needs and company policy.
  • Ensure the compliance with the defined Service Quality Standards trough WEC inspections, process monitoring’s and field training verifications.

Qualifications/Requirements        

  • Degree in engineering will be plus or proven experience in service operation field.
  • 5 years technical & training professional experience.
  • English Verbal/Written communication skills (fluent). Since this position should cross-team collaboration with engineer manager in APAC. Most of them came from different countries.
  • Proven experience in multinational companies, resource monitoring and reporting tools, and leading multitask Teams.
  • Soft-skills: Cross-team communication, ability to arrange training program and leverage, evaluate engineer should have what kinds of training.
  • Ability to manage cost & budget control.
  • Allocate Quality management staff to inspect turbine.
