Site Technician BOP - medior

Overview

We are currently seeking a Medior Site Technician to support offshore wind construction and maintenance activities on a rotational basis.

The role involves both offshore and onshore responsibilities, supporting operational and commissioning activities across offshore assets and associated infrastructure.

Duration: June 2026 – December 2027
Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Location: Poland (offshore and onshore)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and replacement of defective fall-arrest systems
• Cleaning of offshore assets using jet/power washers
• Inspection and maintenance of offshore structures
• Generator maintenance support, refuelling, and removal
• Installation and removal of navigation and aviation lighting
• Site inspections and walk-down activities
• Inspection and certification support for hook-on points
• Vessel fuelling assistance
• Waste removal from offshore structures
• Cleaning and water removal inside transition pieces
• General yard and manual handling duties
• Support commissioning activities with locks, chains, and access systems
• Confined space work
• Installation/removal of reflectors, prisms, and sacrificial anodes
• Ad-hoc onshore and offshore support tasks as required

  • Working at Heights
  • First Aid
  • Fire Awareness
  • Manual Handling
• BOSIET/HUET including CA-EBS
• OGUK Medical including Chester Step
• Forklift certificate
• Crane operator certification

Additional Mandatory Requirements

• Occupational Health Assessment
• HSE/BHP training certification

Working Conditions

• Offshore and onshore accommodation provided
• PPE provided except safety boots, which candidates must supply themselves
• Consultants must provide their own PC and mobile equipment
• Background verification required prior to onboarding
