Responsibilities

Corporate Image promotion
Organize large-scale events (Ex. Exhibition of Energy Taiwan etc.)
Production of corporate image and promotional materials
Production of public education and communication materials
Corporate gift design and procurement
Corporate Digital greeting Card for Festivals
PA department annual budget preparation and integration
PA Annual plan drafting and integration
Maintain the company Official Website & Facebook
Relationship maintenance of Scholars and Environmental Organization
Management and maintenance of Environmental education center.
Scholar Contact and maintenance (Environmental Education etc.)
Schools, community colleges contact and management
Organize speech in schools
Assist and attend local/offshore wind related events to raise corporate portfolio and to enhance our relationship with stakeholders, especially for the local government, associations, and communities
Prepare necessary documents & materials and help with internal administrative process
Interpret and translate when needed
Support other team to finish designated tasks
Manage the PR aspect of a potential crisis
Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients and the media and answer enquiries from the media and other organizations
