The following scope of work is to operate within the Controlling (Finance) function of our client’s business. The team supports all Offshore development projects in the local market in terms of financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting.
 
Deliverables

• Deliver the Monthly Project Development Reports for the Offshore Management team ensuring they are produced on time, with accuracy and with insightful commentary
• Deliver monthly report on the overhead costs for the development businesses and support the regional managers with any queries
• Manage transactional information in co-ordination with accounting and business teams and manage the transfer of this information to our global company reporting tool, CARS.
• Support the procure to payment processes to ensure governance processes are followed in the local teams
• Collate plan and forecast figures for Offshore Development and Construction, including steering relevant KPIs from P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement;
• Co-ordinate with the team and other stakeholders on other requests and standardised processes (ie time booking processes, pipeline reporting via the finance function etc)
• Ad hoc financial analysis as required to support commentary and in response to queries from the management team.
• Support process improvements to improve timings, reduce manual interventions and promote the use of relevant systems
