Our client is looking for an experienced HR Specialist will assist their team with the management and coordination of job vacancies, contracts and candidate communication across a range of internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and coordinating job vacancies across departments, including initiating recruitment processes, arranging interviews, and following up on subsequent actions.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other documents as instructed.
- Negotiate salaries, prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other necessary documents as directed.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Collect and manage employee attendance records and oversee the management of HR systems.
- Support onboarding training for new employees and manage IT equipment handovers during onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in newcomer orientation and IT equipment handover during departures.
- Collaborate with the office/IT manager to ensure readiness of newly hired IT equipment and seating areas.
- Support all HR-related payment processes and prepare necessary documents for the stamping process.
- Monitor employee benefits utilization and provide support for benefits administration.
- Provide internal and external support for HR-related events.
- Communicate with external firms and partners to maintain business operations.
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as responding to employees' inquiries, handling emails, and coordinating HR-related meetings and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR Assistant, HR Specialist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Problem Solving/Analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
