Our client is seeking an HV Transmission Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects within the portfolio on time and within budget, at the correct quality level, and to the agreed specification.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for health, safety and environmental compliance and alignment with KPIs.
- Provide leadership and management to the project team.
- Manage the production of the project requirements in accordance with the Project Execution Plan.
- Ensure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits as defined in the Project Execution Plan.
- Plan and manage the work in accordance with the project baseline schedule.
- Make certain the project is on time and to budget.
- Manage project risks.
- Maintain quality standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the change management process whilst working within authorised limits.
- Escalation of project issues.
- Manage interface works to reduce risk.
- Ensure project assurance maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Overall schedule and progress reporting in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Nominated Contract Manager.
- Routine stakeholder liaison and point of contact for the business.
- Management and coordination of information flow from design teams.
- Other tasks as delegated by Project Director.
- Agreement of final subcontracts prior to award.
- Communication and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Health, Safety and Environment - Recognisable health and safety qualification from; NEBOSH General Certificate; IOSH Managing Safely; SMTS 5-day course.
- Project Management professional qualification at PMQ for APM level.
- Certified Level 3 (or equivalent) engineering qualification.
