Our client is seeking a Site Maintenance Planner to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible developing, maintaining, and executing long-, medium-, and short-term integrated site plans / annual O&M plan and schedules for all onshore and offshore operations
  • Responsible for reviewing subcontractor plans, aligning them with annual O&M Plan and preventing planning conflicts
  • Responsible to monitor the statutory inspections of the different Assets, ensuring compliance with all requirements
  • Support the Offshore Reps in managing onshore/offshore Operations, BoP scheduled service and maintenance and on-site project management.
  • Support the O&M Manager in translating Annual O&M Program into day-to-day and consolidated plans/schedules to maximise synergies, cost savings, and minimise yield losses
  • Support the O&M Manager / Offshore Reps in the execution of short- and long-term maintenance plans/schedules on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage records and archives for traceability of wind turbine and BoP maintenance work.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the operational planning for maximising energy yield and minimising downtime.
  • Ensure efficient handover of wind turbines from the construction team, manage non-conformity reports, and coordinate required offshore access training.
  • Commence and participate regular site performance / problem-solving meetings and regular reviews
  • Ensure the status review and prioritisation of new safety, process, and reliability improvements for the site
  • Ensure continuous improvement of O&M plans and schedules, following PDCA principles
  • Support the Operations / Asset Management functions as required in the day-to-day management of the operational generating assets, including scheduling and controlling site works, reacting to emergencies, co-ordinating unscheduled maintenance and responding to network outages, site issues and faults and failures
  • Identify project risks, propose mitigating measures, and monitor on an ongoing basis
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and service providers to maximize their performance
  • Liaison with other technical functions for inspections and operational reviews
  • Oversee operational training needs (e.g., IT tools, operational tools, asset access, OEM required trainings)
  • Coordinate planned outages
  • Tools and PPE tracking
  • Ensure low response times and effective execution of corrective and preventive maintenance, remediation of defects and technical resolution of equipment failures
Requirements
  • +5 years’ offshore wind project experience
  • Technical/Engineering/Operations background
  • Offshore wind industry knowledge and understanding of best practice
  • Good communicator with proven ability to build sound business relationships and represent them in project meetings and presentations
  • Solid technical understanding of the full asset, Operational requirements and logistics
  • Competent when dealing with quality standards, best practice procedures, technical specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Tenacious self-starter, professional, organized and process driven
  • Able to work independently
  • IT literate (familiar with Microsoft Office & SharePoint; willing to learn and make full use of internal systems)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to establish, maintain and develop effective relationships.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Experience of working in health and safety critical environments and to ensuring the establishment of HSE culture throughout the transition and operational start-up phase.
