Our client is looking for Project Manager to join their team, this role is required to support the close-out of a number of contracts relating to the construction period of our clients offshore wind farm project. This largely relates to management and close-out of component warranty claims and high value indemnities.

Support for cable response planning
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting sound project management principles in the works.
- Submission & review of working documentation / RAMS / reports
- Interface between the company, OFTO, O&M contractors and OEM
- Lead meetings relevant to package of work making key decisions.
- Co-ordination of contractors on site and managing offshore execution of work packages
- Provide frequent updates to all key stakeholders
- Commercial close out of significant, high-value indemnities, supported by technical and legal professionals.
- Working offshore will not be mandatory.
Deliverables
Siemens Defects- management of:
- 37 defects to be closed out on the two offshore substation platforms which includes:
- 66kV Protection setting changes.
- Closure of contract & Defect Notices
- Collating final documentation and deliverables to secure internal and OFTO approval
- Execution- Late Q3 2024 - <2KM of nearshore cable survey to be carried out in NE Lincolnshire.
- Coordination of contractor onsite and all survey documentation
- Manage delivery of all reports and data to fulfil indemnity requirements.
- No offshore work required.
- Execution- Late Q3 2024 – offshore operations for rock dumping.
- Work with supplier on approval of technical solution, inc. securing OFTO and company sign off.
- Coordination of contractor onsite and all survey documentation to fulfil indemnity requirements.
- Set up of 24 hour month strategic CPS monitoring campaign to enable our client to fully exit indemnity.
- Target end of September 2024
- As contract agent, with indemnity obligations to resolve the defected unit, manage the warranty claim for the TK shunt reactor and OEM.
- Mange interface with contract owner
- Onsite operations coordination in case of unit removal and replacement.
Support for cable response planning
- Support the development of a wind farm cable response planning framework, comprising of supply chain engagement, equipment supply, pre-engineering requirements and logistics.
- Formulate plan to assist the business to track, manage and exit all indemnities as robustly and quickly as possible in line with commercial obligations.
