Our client is looking for a legal project support to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Completion of application to obtain promise of generation licence and final generation licence in accordance with ERO (Energy Regulatory Office) requirements
• Gathering all project documents to be attached to company's application;
• Communication with the project team and external stakeholders (legal offices, authorities, etc) to agree on
• interpretation of some specific requirements, to obtain documents;
• Leading procedures in order to obtain all required excerpts from the criminal registers;
• Preparation of the statements in accordance with ERO requirements;
• Communication with ERO during administrative procedures;

 
  Requirements

• Master of law
• 1 –2 years of experience preferably in working with the authorities, or /and for legal offices

 Key Deliverables

• Timely and properly prepared applications to obtain promise of generation licence and final generation licence
