 Our client is looking for an experiened deputy BD manager to join as part of their business development team.

Accountabilities

  • Grow the company's market share in the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationship with business stakeholders (e.g. partners, authorities, contractors, banks, etc.,).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, regulations and technologies in the industry.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the BD team by providing efficient administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the BD team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager or other superiors.

 
Responsibilities
 
Business Development:

  • Promote and support activities necessary for the development of power generation businesses.
  • Lead the development of his/her own projects and support the group's business targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities and identify promising prospects.
  • Manage and coordinate projects throughout the entire development process.
  • Lead contract negotiations both internally and externally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Conduct and lead meetings.
  • Organize seminars, exhibitions, etc.
  • Collaborate with existing and potential business partners.
  • Collect market information, insights, updates, and materials.
  • Communicate, consult, and coordinate with related organizations, third parties, and partners (government offices, companies, legal, banks, subcontractors, EPCs, etc.).
  • Translate materials (when necessary).
  • Accompany business travelers (as needed).
  • Provide interpretation during meetings (if applicable).
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Eurus as required.

 
Administrative & Others:

  • Conduct and host regular internal meetings.
  • Manage sharefolders, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (accommodation, transportation, dining bookings, rental cars, itinerary, and trip preparation).
  • Record meeting minutes for both internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate daily activities and address urgent requests.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Eurus as required
