LSP Renewables are recruiting for a Project Coordinator for their client.

The Project Coordinator supports the Client project manager and OEGR Taiwan team in planning and delivering the agreed service and on occasion may manage smaller projects. The Project Coordinator will take ownership of all aspects of support for the execution of a project / service and will report back to relevant project manager when required. The Project Coordinator will ensure that Projects are delivered in line with our client’s policies and procedures including project specific QHSE Plans. The Project Coordinator shall support specific Taiwan based projects.
 
Responsibilities
  • Mobilising equipment needed for the project – ensuring regulatory inspections / assessments are carried out before mobilizing (PAT, LOLER, calibration, CoSHH Assessments etc).
  • Taking delivery of spares and equipment (imports) and storage / tracking into OEGR storage area
  • Assigning contractors to projects ensuring personnel certification (and insurances when required) are all in place and compliant with clients and our client’s competency requirements
  • Creating employee / contractor profiles for client review.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the duration of the project this includes: assisting with flights / hotels / taxi / transportation to site for contractors
  • Arranging work permits / visa / port passes as required for all personnel – becoming a specialist in Taiwan working requirements for personnel arriving and working in Taiwan.
  • Liaise directly with the client on their current and future requirements and the level of our performance.
  • Site visits - engaging with clients and contractors to maintain good relationships and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Interface with clients
  • Communicating / distributing QHSE communications and retrieving sign off sheets.
  • Manage the work permits, visas and arc’s applications for all personnel working overseas
  • Onboarding new employees / contractors.
  • Chair project kick off meetings with the workforce
  • Ensuring services are delivered according to contracts and our client’s QHSE Plans and procedures.
 
Department Specific Responsibilities
  • Performing quality checks on Technicians reports, ensuring that client kinetic profiles are updated by technicians and chase when required (if required).
  • Project procurement in accordance with our client’s procedures.
  • Document control management utilising Client software
  • Managing tooling / equipment records of the client owned / hired equipment on site, in accordance with their procedures.
  • Assisting with the tender process when required
  • Auditing
  • HSE system become familiar with the new system for collating quality observations and corrective action reporting, upload and monitor safety observations / incident reporting (with PM).
  • Assisting with identifying potential suppliers in Taiwan for goods and services
