Our client is looking for a PR Stakeholder Manager to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Support communication efforts and coordinate CSR activities.
  • Organize and oversee events and CSR programs.
  • Gather and convey information to stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Overview of stakeholder management and engagement activities.
  • Manage internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up on local community engagement and maintain working relationships with community interest groups.
  • Coordinate with other Work Streams on stakeholder-related activities.
  • Develop strategies for proactive stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
  • Manage a Grievance Mechanism for stakeholder

 
Major Tasks

  • Organize and coordinate CSR activities, events, and conferences.
  • Prepare press materials and multimedia content for communications activities
  • Monitor and aggregate stakeholder needs and feedback.
  • Support packages team with activities with the local community to create local acceptance for the project.
  • Ensure the preparation of project information and public consultation material.
  • Follow up on local community engagement and address local complaints issues relevant to the project.
  • Develop and maintain a stakeholder register.
  • Prepare and distribute stakeholder newsletters.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with communication teams to prepare materials for stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to capture stakeholder input.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and consultants on stakeholder-related projects.
  • Prepare reports on stakeholder activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement aligns with the client’s CSR objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a stakeholder communication feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address any stakeholder-related legal issues.
  • Maintain Grievance Mechanism to handle stakeholder complaints and issues.
  • Regularly review and update the Grievance Mechanism to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Other tasks supporting the work of the whole stream.

  • Local community events and engagements.

  • Documentation of stakeholder meetings and interactions.
  • Reports on the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Risk register related to stakeholder engagement.
  • Grievance Mechanism process documentation and records.
  • Reports on grievances received and resolved.

 
Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and management
  • 2+ years of experience within the energy industry
  • Local experience (Project location/ area) is desirable
