Senior Technical Support Manager
Location: Europe, Remote
Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pre-sales technical support activities.
  • Responsible for regional customer techncial workshop, product promotion, roadmap presentation, etc.
  • Responsible for regional techncial documentation standardization, exhibition & marketing activities technical support, etc.
  • Responsible for regional customer product demand research, competitor product information collection & collation, certification requirements collection & coordination, etc.
  • Responsible for regular product technical training for regional sales teams.


  • Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Engineer, Material or related areas
  • Fluent speaking, writing and communication skills of English as minimum
  • Good communication skills & sales-oriented, be able to communicate with customer at CTO level
  • In-depth knowledge on solar modules, familiar with mainstream manufacturers’ solar module products, understand technology trends;
  • Familiar with Certificate certification related processes and standards
  • Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, familiarity with related products such as Inverter, Tracker, Storage, Mounting system, etc will be an asset. It is preferred to have experience in project design and configuration
  • 3+ years of solar module product technology experience
  • Travel within EU often is required
  • Excellent business ethics and integrity
