Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for initiating the business development and investment activities in Korea.
Formulate business development strategy and drive market share
Identify partnership and investment opportunities in Korea and develop long term strategic relationships with partners
Take ownership for origination, due diligence, risk analysis and mitigation in the structuring of complex acquisitions and developments transactions
Lead commercial negotiation of term sheets and contracts
Ensure timely project delivery post investment together with team members across the organization and ensure risks are managed appropriately

Key Requirements:

A degree in business administration, economics or finance with at least 8 years of experience
Knowledge of industry, policies and regulations within the Korea offshore wind market is strongly preferred
Strong understanding and track record of making infrastructure investments in Asia
Self-initiative, detail oriented with good inter-personal skill and strong analytical mind
Must be an enthusiastic team player and a self-starter who is able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with other countries across Asia is a plus
Fluency in English and Korean (written and oral); additional fluency or business proficiency in Chinese would be a plus
