Scope
  • Active leadership of our clients Safety culture
  • Deliver on the KPI’s that’s agreed on an annual basis
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve World Class status
  • Achieve Customer Satisfaction level of 75% or higher
  • Proactively support Sales Department of contracts and Sales operation-related activities
  • Proactively gather and report business and market intelligence and trends
  • Support and report to GM and his delegates and Project and Operation Manager; add value to our clients contracts
  • Evaluate and develop business strategies; leverage on existing systems and processes, ensure effective implementation, set progressive milestones, and update all relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage fiscal performances of business strategies, i.e. budget expenditure, revenue, cost control
  • Provide lifting plan, transportation plan with good quality to customer.
  • Support the global technical planning team and maintain communication.
  • Achieve bottom line profit targets and process efficiencies
  • Ensure all business reporting is accurate, prompt, and timely
  • Management of key external stakeholder relationships
  • Proactively develop self by undertaking technical and product learning
 
Qualifications/Experience
  • 5 years experience in successfully managing an international Sales offering in an engineering environment (KRW 65M~75M)
  • Experience in developing & presenting Sales concepts to clients
  • Experience in negotiating complex concepts at a senior level
  • Develop a major Sales business in a change environment
  • Worked in Six Sigma & Reliability focused environment
  • Developed Sales strategy in dynamic market environment
