Quality, Environmental and Information Security Management System Briefing
As part of LSP Renewables commitment to be the premier provider of our services, attract new customers and provide outstanding employment opportunities, we have attained certification to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, ISO 14001 Environment Stamdard and ISO 27001 Information Security Standard.
This means that we are developing formal systems and processes on how we do certain things within the business. Quality, Environmental and Information Security Management is all about doing what you say you do in the procedures that we use every day.
We operate a Quality, Environmental and Information Security Policy (below) which in summary states;
- We will provide the highest standards of service, meeting and exceeding our customers’ requirements
- We will provide the resources need to achieve the above
- We will regularly review, monitor and improve what we do.
- Maintain a management system that will achieve these objectives and seek continual improvement in the effectiveness and performance of our management system based on “risk”.
The Objectives of for LSP Renewables over the next 12 months are to;
- To have zero information security events
- To maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction by attracting and maintain repeat works.
- Managing Information Security / GDPR / Access Requests in a complaint manner
- Maintain ISO 19001, ISO 14001 & 27001
- We will comply with all compliance obligations, codes of practice & all other requirements applicable to our activities including the nature, scale, health & safety and impacts of our activities & services.
- Commitment to the protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation, the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems
The Management Team recognises and values your input into the development of our systems and processes, and you are encouraged to provide feedback and report on ways we can make improvements and exceed customers’ expectations.
